Sihing Elliott will be hosting a "lunch hour" kungfu workout Wednesdays at 10:30-12:00 in the Kwoon. Originally these workout sessions had been in the early morning, but after a brief hiatus, they are back and in the afternoon. Come and join Sihing Elliott for:
- Kungfu-themed strength training and aerobics
- Punch/kick/self-defense/form practice
- Sparring exercises
- and more.
Visitors/observers are allowed with permission, but won't be allowed to participate without membership.
You must be of highschool age or older, or you must have received special permission from sifu to join in.
We also welcome our tai chi siblings. As long as you don't mind our boisterous movement and music, you are welcome to work out with us.
